We are excited to introduce our Health and Wellness Course to you!

In this course we will learn about physical, mental, emotional, and relational well-being as well as some communication skills. The course is made up from diverse resources some of which is from a biblical perspective.

We compiled this course for our own children who need a Health and Wellness, 0.5 credit, for their AHSD (American High School Diploma) requirements. It was initially set up to be taken by a grade 11 student, for 1 semester (1/2 year course), but can be used form grade 9 onwards. It is self-led but the parent or teacher will have to assist with a check-in every week and grade the student’s work.

The course has been divided into 4 sections. Sections 1-3 each has 5 modules and should be completed in 15 weeks or one semester. For the last section of the course it is required of you to source a local frist aid course provider, to obtain a certificate. If this is not a possibility in your area we have provided an alternative option.

We have made this course available as a free online course, but has also created a PDF version that can be bought from our shop. The PDF course make use of some YouTube playlists, while the necessary videos has been embedded in the online course platform for the online course. Additionally the course use an opensource book.
